Carl T Shenkman is a board certified neurologist specializing in interventional neurological pain management. In 2011 . Dr. Shenkman foundhealthcare was so over regulated, complex, and adversarial to providers, it was time to take action.  Dr Shenkman went  part time law school while continuing a full time neurological practice. Dr. Shenkman graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2014 in 27 months. Following graduation, Dr. Shenkman enrolled in the prestigious healthcare LLM with Loyola School of Law. Continuing to work full time in neurology, Dr. Shenkman passed the Florida bar exam on his first try in February 2015. Dr. Shenkman will matriculate his LLM post masters degree with Loyola this May 2016.
